Responsibilities
Lead core accounting functions including monthly close, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation
Support financial statement analysis and provide insights to senior leadership
Assist with treasury operations, cash management, and capital activity
Oversee and mentor a small, high‑performing accounting team
Partner with investment and operations teams on performance analysis and portfolio reporting
Contribute to process improvements, controls, and scalable financial infrastructure as the firm continues to grow
Qualification
Required
3+ years of professional accounting experience
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret financial data and trends
Excellent communication skills and comfort working in a fast‑paced, high‑growth investment environment
Preferred
CPA preferred
