Client Portfolio Associate

Responsibilities

Manage client portfolio workflows including onboarding, administrative setups, and ongoing account updates in line with operating procedures
Monitor, investigate, and resolve operational incidents; coordinate triage, track root cause, and ensure timely remediation and client communication
Serve as a primary point of contact for client operational inquiries, providing responsive and professional support
Maintain accurate documentation and status tracking across client portfolios; prepare summaries and reporting for stakeholders and clients
Partner with Operations, Technology, and Product teams to streamline processes, reduce risk, and improve client outcomes
Prepare clear, concise materials using Excel and PowerPoint; translate metrics and trends into actionable insights
Support control and risk practices by adhering to procedures and contributing to continuous improvement efforts

Qualification

Banking operations experiencePayments operations experienceMicrosoft Excel proficiencyMicrosoft PowerPoint proficiencyIncident monitoring toolsSWIFT experienceClient service skillsAnalytical problem-solvingOrganizational skillsTime-management skillsCollaboration skills

Required

2+ years of experience in banking and/or payments operations
Strong client service and stakeholder communication skills
Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve operational issues under time pressure
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables) and PowerPoint (structured reporting)
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

Preferred

FX exposure (settlements, confirmations, funding, cutoffs, operational flows)
Experience with incident monitoring tools, ticketing systems, or workflow platforms
Collaboration experience with technology teams on incident remediation or process enhancements
SWIFT experience; ISO 20022 knowledge is a plus
