Responsibilities

Work closely with our Director of Project Management and VP of Strategy to internally and externally manage projects for our clients, with an emphasis in conversion rate optimization, new feature and landing page development, and new Shopify web builds
This position will manage the client relationship directly and coordinate with UX designers, developers, and the VP of Strategy to deliver best-in-class work to improve our clients KPIs
The ideal candidate will be expected to manage ~10-15 client accounts / projects
Coordinate with clients to understand their key objectives, business goals, and needs
Regularly facilitate check-in calls, strategy sessions, design mock-up reviews, QBRs, and more with clients
Manage resourcing/scheduling of UX designers, developers, and CRO manager’s time to complete tasks needed for client
Facilitate cross-team collaboration between the SEM, Paid Social, CRM, and Creative teams
Make sure internal teams are accurately tracking time spent on each client to ensure we are billing our clients correctly each month
Work with our Director of Project Management to optimize project management processes to improve efficiency and elevate our quality of service

Required

Desire to join a fast-paced/high-growth organization
BS/BA Degree in Business, Psychology, Marketing or related field
1-3 years of project management experience in the e-commerce industry
1-3 years of experience in direct client account management / client-facing role
1+ year experience with Shopify
Strong knowledge of Excel, Powerpoint, and Word a must
Strong organizational and presentation skills
Excellent attention to detail and quality assurance capabilities; willingness to be hands-on
Ability to think strategically, work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Excellent interpersonal skills; team player with ability to communicate well among cross-functional teams
Strong desire to be challenged, work hard, and grow personally and professionally

Preferred

Solid understanding of conversion rate optimization process
Experience with Click-Up
Comfortable with Google Analytics
