The Auto Loan Sales and Service Representative will handle incoming consumer lending calls, provide customer service, and assist members with loan applications and inquiries.

Responsibilities

Receives incoming Consumer Lending calls; answers member loan inquiries with regards to loan applications and conveys detailed information regarding all Club products and services; provides Five Diamond customer service during all business transactions

Submits loans applications following business line protocol for receipt and exchange of information; ensures accurate information regarding loan application is expeditiously transmitted to lending institutions. Responds to requests with professionalism and Five Diamond Service to provide accurate information

Makes outbound contact to members regarding lead submissions for loan, Tire & Wheel and Extended Warranty inquiries. Provides quotes for Tire & Wheel and Warranty inquiries including the sale of the product if applicable following applicable business line protocols

Develops full knowledge of Club products and services offered by other Club business lines to facilitate cross-selling and complete member servicing
