Responsibilities

Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans, procedures, and scripts for C-UAS systems, covering functional, integration, system-level, and field testing in simulated and real-world scenarios
Perform test automation using frameworks such as Selenium (or equivalent tools like Cypress, Playwright, Appium, or custom Python/Java-based automation) for UI, API, and software component validation
Automate regression, smoke, and performance tests to improve efficiency and coverage of software interfaces, user dashboards, and networked subsystems
Conduct hands-on testing of hardware/software integrations, including sensor data processing, threat detection accuracy, and mitigation effectiveness (e.g., jamming, kinetic/non-kinetic effectors)
Analyze test results, identify defects, and collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues
Prepare detailed test reports, metrics, and documentation for stakeholders, including compliance with defense standards (e.g., MIL-STD)
Support field trials, range testing, and customer demonstrations, including safe operation of small UAS/drones for red-team/blue-team scenarios
Contribute to continuous improvement of test processes, CI/CD pipelines, and automation infrastructure
