Responsibilities
Perform structural drafting and design tasks in support of industrial projects
Develop and modify structural models and drawings using Revit
Coordinate with engineers and project teams to meet project performance and schedule requirements
Maintain reliable home internet service to support remote work and project delivery
Participate in field walks when required, including climbing ladders, crawling under raised access floors, and standing or walking for extended periods
Ensure designs comply with applicable codes, standards, and company procedures
Communicate effectively with internal teams and demonstrate leadership in collaborative environments
Qualification
Required
Associate degree in Computer-Aided Drafting or equivalent experience
Minimum of 5 years of structural drafting or design experience
Minimum of 3 years of Revit experience
Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills
Ability to perform occasional field work with physical demands
Preferred
7 or more years of structural drafting or design experience
5 or more years of Revit experience
Experience with SmartPlant and Tekla
Experience using Navisworks and Bluebeam
Experience designing traditional steel and concrete structures
Experience with general industrial facilities, preferably semiconductor-related
