Responsibilities
Build, maintain, and analyze recurring and ad hoc sales reports to support pricing strategies, customer reviews, and performance tracking
Manage customer pricing agreements and discount structures, ensuring data integrity across multiple platforms including Salesforce, FBO One, and SAP
Serve as the internal expert and primary support resource for FBO One system functionality, troubleshooting, and user training
Collaborate closely with sales, finance, and customer service teams to ensure seamless agreement setup and data accuracy
Support system enhancements, upgrades, and testing in partnership with IT
Travel occasionally to support regional industry events, meetings, and training
Act as a brand ambassador for Jet Aviation, representing our values of trust, honesty, alignment, and transparency
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Minimum 2 years of experience in business aviation or a related field preferred
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Exceptional attention to detail with strong analytical and reporting skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate across teams and leadership levels
Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a dynamic environment
Flexibility to work varied hours including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
Willingness to travel occasionally to support business needs
Preferred
Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce), FBO One, SAP, or similar platforms is highly desirable
