Responsibilities
Design and develop custom solutions using python, java scripts, Atlassian Forge, REST APIs, automation frameworks, AI development, Database
Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Jira, Confluence, and related Atlassian tools , integration with other applications, providing technical guidance and best practices
Conduct structured problem analysis, system design, and high‑quality software development following modern engineering practices
Build and enhance automation, applications, and integrations to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency
Develop and maintain tools, frameworks, and methodologies that support continuous improvement in the development process
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into sound technical designs and implementation plans
Work with legacy systems to extract, transform, and integrate data into the Atlassian ecosystem
Partner with engineering, infrastructure, and product teams to leverage emerging technologies— including AI capabilities— to enhance services and application performance
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in CE, EE, Information Systems, or a related field
Deep expertise in the Atlassian ecosystem
Strong analytical mindset
Excellent logical and strategic thinking skills
Ability to translate complex business needs into scalable technical solutions
Experience in Atlassian application development
Experience in API integrations
Experience in AI-related technologies
Ability to analyze business processes and gather requirements

In-depth experience of automation, designing and implementing applications
Develop tools and methodologies to improve the effectiveness of the development process
Ability to source data from legacy systems, effectively adapt to rapidly changing technology and apply it to business needs
Comfortable in assisting project teams develop requirement and design specifications for new and existing applications
Collaborate effectively with other technical teams to exploit new technologies to enhance the applications and service infrastructure
