Responsibilities

Develop and implement a comprehensive national sales strategy aligned with company objectives
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of regional sales managers and representatives
Establish and track sales KPIs, targets, and forecasts; provide regular performance updates to executive leadership
Identify new market opportunities and lead the development of strategies to capture them
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, channel partners, and stakeholders
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to optimize the customer journey
Oversee the negotiation and closing of major deals and contracts
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform sales tactics
Prepare and manage the national sales budget; optimize resource allocation and ROI
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
10+ years of progressive sales experience, including 5+ years in a senior leadership role with a national scope
Proven success in leading high-performing sales teams and driving revenue growth
Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Experience with CRM systems and data-driven decision-making
Willingness to travel nationally up to 50% of the time
