Responsibilities
Assist the Planning Coordinator with progress tracking and provide critical support across multiple functions
Conduct research and analysis
Contribute to design efforts
Document, test, and facilitate the implementation, publication, and distribution of agency forms and instructional materials
Work closely with developers, functional analysts, testers, and system users to resolve forms-related issues and implement changes efficiently
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or similar tools
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Experience working independently and in a team environment
Ability to handle multiple assignments while ensuring deadlines are met
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Preferred
Advanced knowledge, skill or experience in areas such as taxes, finance, government, or other related fields
Working knowledge of federal, state, and local tax principles and policies
Ability and experience to communicate complex information in written form
Knowledge of tax processing and tax processing systems
