Responsibilities
Assist in the development and execution of corporate development strategies in alignment with organizational objectives
Support leadership in refining operating models, go-to-market strategies, and service strategies
Contribute to the evaluation and execution of M&A opportunities
Participate in divestiture activities as required
Assist in the management of intellectual property assets
Help communicate and promote the corporate growth vision
Analyze financial and operational data to identify growth opportunities
Build and maintain relationships with industry partners and potential acquisition targets
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
Typically, 7+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role
Proven experience in corporate leadership roles
Proficiency in strategic planning, market analysis, and business growth strategies
A continuous learner who stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future
