Responsibilities
Analyzes business and technical processes to formulate and develop business information processing systems. Coordinates with business and technology teams
Responsible for overseeing all GDIT provided IT services and ensuring they always remain available to the client. This includes desktops, servers, network, telephony and cloud-based services. In the circumstances where a service outage does occur it is your role to ensure service is restored as fast as possible
Coordinating with multiple teams to include high level briefings to client and GDIT senior leadership
This role requires high level, time sensitive, decision making, while supporting a high profile large Government client
Once service is restored, root cause analysis is completed, to ensure similar outages do not re-occur
Qualification
Required
Top Secret SCI + Polygraph clearance level must currently possess
Top Secret SCI + Polygraph clearance level must be able to obtain
3 + years of related experience
US Citizenship Required
Education: Technical Training, Certification(s) or Degree
