Responsibilities

Project Support and Leadership: Manages engineering aspects of complex projects or leads specific project components. Mentors junior team members on project tasks and processes
Problem Solving and Troubleshooting: Resolves complex technical problems by applying advanced analytical techniques and collaborating with cross-functional teams
Best Practices and Design Standards: Develops and refines design strategies that align with company goals and industry standards. Leads efforts to standardize best practices across the team
Design, Testing, and Analysis: Designs, tests, and analyzes high-complexity systems. Ensures alignment with department-wide quality, reliability, and maintainability standards
Process Improvement: Identifies and implements process improvements with a measurable impact on team efficiency, quality, and cycle time
Project Support and Leadership: Oversees all engineering aspects of highly complex projects, including planning, execution, and delivery. Serves as a mentor and trainer for engineers, technicians, and designers on advanced tasks and processes. May serve as a technical advisor
Problem Solving and Troubleshooting: Identifies and resolves intricate technical problems within systems using comprehensive analytical methods and appropriate technologies
Best Practices and Design Standards: Leads the development and implementation of advanced design standards and innovative engineering strategies. Proactively drives best practices across departments
Design, Testing, and Analysis: Designs, tests, and analyzes high-complexity systems with site wide impact. Establishes department-wide standards for producibility, testability, maintainability, and reliability
Process Improvement: Leads initiatives to optimize processes at a department level. Proposes and executes significant process improvements with organization-wide benefits

Required

4 year Bachelors BS OR 10+ years equivalent experience
U.S. Persons within the meaning of the ITAR and EAR, or eligible to obtain all required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State and/or the U.S. Department of Commerce
