Responsibilities
Direct comprehensive audit engagements across diverse client portfolios from conception through delivery
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to senior associates and staff auditors
Lead client meetings and serve as primary relationship manager for assigned accounts
Drive business development initiatives and expand client service offerings
Collaborate with partners on strategic firm growth and service expansion
Ensure quality control and compliance with professional standards across all engagements
Qualification
Required
Active CPA
5-6+ years audit experience
1-2+ years supervisory experience
Advanced technical competency across multiple industries and engagement types
Strong project management and communication skills
Business development mindset with ability to identify growth opportunities
