Responsibilities
Manages the day-to-day development activities of software engineering team to ensure that projects are delivered on time and meet our quality standards
Create Product Vision, Roadmap, and Requirements for autonomy products
Collaborate with engineers to understand technical challenges and drive strategic decisions
Understand voice of the customer by conducting user research and connecting directly
Select target markets for which to develop autonomous features
Create business cases for Autonomy products and present them to leadership
Drive team alignment on the product Vision and requirements while taking and incorporating feedback
Promote collaboration within the team by leading from the middle
Help align team to a common goal
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Materials Engineering, Systems Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Engineering
2 years experience in engineering, sales, or product management
18 months experience in product development
1 year experience with off-highway vehicles
6 months experience with autonomous vehicles and hardware development
