Responsibilities
Provide both strategic and tactical leadership across multi-million dollar engagements
Identify a client’s business needs and work with both the client and the various Huge teams to understand, define, and build effective and innovative solutions
Oversee comprehensive hospital and healthcare system redesign initiatives, requiring deep expertise in navigating clinical workflows, operational complexities, and stakeholder alignment
Manage long term, multi-million dollar engagements with multiple project tracks and teams
Comfort interacting with clients of all levels and industry backgrounds, from the CEO to administrative support staff
Manage and set client expectations
Qualification
Required
Deep expertise in navigating clinical workflows, operational complexities, and stakeholder alignment to drive clarity, vision, and measurable improvements across patient, provider, and organizational experiences
Dedicated and driven leadership across multi-million dollar engagements
Ability to identify a client's business needs and work with both the client and various Huge teams to understand, define, and build effective and innovative solutions that generate measurable results
Ability to take on the point of view of both clients and internal teams and express those perspectives, concerns, and requirements to the other side
Preparedness to be a leader, communicator, and mentor
Preferred
Expert experience leading large-scale hospital system engagements within a design or innovation agency environment
Experience in a client services organization, preferably on projects with top tier consulting firms or interactive agencies (including web, mobile, video, brand, and strategic consulting projects)
Healthcare-savvy client partner: Proven ability to navigate the complex dynamics of hospital systems and how patients, caregivers, and clinicians engage with healthcare brands and services
A strong point of view on the future of healthcare experiences
An ability to manage long term, multi-million dollar engagements with multiple project tracks and teams
Comfort interacting with clients of all levels and industry backgrounds, from the CEO to administrative support staff
Strong understanding of web development technologies and design lifecycle
An ability to manage and set client expectations
