Senior Product Manager
EmpiRx Health is the leading clinically-driven pharmacy benefits management company, and they are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Product Manager. In this critical role, you will be instrumental in building and executing a roadmap of solutions that add value to clients, ensuring full product lifecycle management from concept through launch.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with a team of product managers, supporting each other your roles of planning, delivering, and launching new functionality across the portfolio of solutions
Support the CPO in annual planning, including investments
Expand product metrics and develop quarterly reporting and readouts to the organization
Oversee new product introductions and collaborate with sales and marketing on commercial launches
Support the sales and client organizations to expand product footprint with new and existing clients
Ensure full cross-functional readiness for product enhancements and new product introductions
Create strong relationships with internal functions and clients to ensure product roadmaps reflect feedback
Qualification
Required
Minimum 8 years of experience in product management
Bachelor's degree
Experience as a product manager in the PBM or health insurance industry
Experience in the management or delivery of Copay Assistance programs
Experience developing/managing prior authorization solutions/ePA
Ability to influence cross-functional teams
Excellent people management and development skills
Strong time management and critical thinking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrate critical thinking and time-management skills
Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a start-up environment
Experience with agile and scrum frameworks
