Office Manager, Hospice

AccentCare is a purpose-driven organization dedicated to providing exceptional care in hospice. The Office Manager will oversee administrative staff, ensure accurate invoicing, and manage performance evaluations, contributing to the overall efficiency of the office operations.

Responsibilities

Hires, trains, and supervises administrative staff
Evaluates performance of administrative staff
Initiates and executes disciplinary actions when necessary
Ensures invoices are coded accurately and submitted to the Support Center timely for payment
Prepares manual check requests as required
Reviews and processes timesheets for direct reports

Qualification

Bachelor’s DegreeHealthcare office operationsOffice ManagementMicrosoft Office SuitePrioritization

Required

Bachelor's Degree
Minimum 5 years' experience in healthcare office operations
Knowledge of computer software programs including Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks
