Responsibilities
Assist the team in creating clear, concise, and accurate technical content (manuals, guides, help files)
Research complex topics, collaborating with software engineers and SMEs, and editing/proofreading materials with the primary goal of translating technical jargon into user-friendly language for various audiences
Assist in maintaining documentation, updating existing content, and supporting the overall goal of making complex information accessible and easy to understand for end-users
Qualification
Required
Ability to efficiently organize work and manage time to meet deadlines
Strong verbal and written communication
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work well in teams
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; resourceful and able to solve problems creatively
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
General understanding of software development techniques
Legally able to work in the United States
Studying a technology-related degree: STEM, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Technical Communications or Journalism (with a technical emphasis)
