Strategic Learning Advisor - Talent Development
H-E-B is seeking a Strategic Learning Advisor to connect business needs to learning solutions. The role involves designing learning journeys and programs based on performance gaps and collaborating with business leaders to align learning content with team goals.

Responsibilities
Conduct targeted needs assessments and performance gap analyses for defined business areas
Identify root causes of learning gaps and recommend appropriate learning or non-learning interventions
Consult with mid-level business leaders to align learning content with team-level goals
Recommend training solutions and collaborate with instructional designers on content development
Collect and analyze learner feedback to support measurement of learning effectiveness
Qualification
Required
Intermediate individual contributor in a professional role
Works independently within an established framework, receiving detailed instructions only on new assignments
Possesses specialized knowledge and skills required to perform the role
Applies practical knowledge, learned theories, concepts, principles, and methodologies to difficult but non-complex, conventional assignments
Majority of work efforts are focused on meeting objectives related to implementation or delivery of processes, programs, and/or policies
Builds productive internal and external working relationships
Bachelor's degree or additional role-relevant experience
Preferred
2+ years of relevant experience preferred
