Human Resources Operations Manager
BBSI is seeking a highly independent HR & Operations Manager responsible for driving operational excellence across the organization. This role involves managing internal operational workflows, ensuring compliance, and acting as a liaison with BBSI for HR matters.
Responsibilities
Own all internal operational workflows, ensuring organization, consistency, and on-time execution
Maintain business licenses, registrations, addresses, and compliance documentation
Lead internal project management — tracking progress, ensuring deliverables, and holding teams accountable
Support new initiatives by coordinating timelines, information flow, and cross-team alignment
Assess operations for efficiency improvements and recommend process enhancements
Monitor operational risks and proactively address gaps
Act as the primary liaison to BBSI , escalating HR concerns, compliance questions, and employee issues
Enforce internal policies fairly and consistently, ensuring teams follow established standards
Manage onboarding/offboarding workflows, documentation, and communication with BBSI
Support managers with policy clarification and HR process coordination
Identify early warning signs of HR issues (“spidey-sense”), escalate appropriately, and ensure resolution
