Responsibilities
Taking full ownership of large-scale CapEx project delivery
Setting up, coordinating, and leading the project team
Ensuring compliance with all project requirements (legal, HSE, sustainability, quality, schedule, budget targets)
Communicating project status proactively to stakeholders and steering committees
Supporting the professional and personal development of the team
Besides leading the assigned Project Team and delivering your project correctly, you will also contribute to establish sound Project Management practices in Aurubis
Qualification
Required
Master's or equivalent degree in industrial, mechanical, or process engineering
Several years of experience in managing complex process engineering projects (>€40M)
Strong project management skills and a track record of delivering large, complex projects successfully
Ability to build, motivate, and lead teams
Willingness to travel internationally (Europe, North America)
Strong internal stakeholder networking skills
Fluent in German and English (C-level)
Preferred
Certification, experience or knowledge on PRINCE2 Methodology is an advantage
