Advise on QMS procedure/process changes
Lead initiatives for process improvement using data analysis
Oversee CAPA and non-conformance management
Promote a culture quality through coaching, mentoring and training
QMS Development and Maintenance
Work with stakeholders to ensure polices and procedures are being met by the organization
Development of quality records
Qualification
Required
Minimum bachelor's degree
8 - 10+ years' industry experience
Experienced project manager with a proven track record of leading and coordinating global teams
Experienced in working with nearly every aspect of the QMS in real life
Experienced in writing procedures from scratch
Experienced with integration of multiple QMSs
Excellent organizational skills
Excellent time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Able to multi-task, work on multiple workstreams at the same time
Comfortable working on cross-functional teams
Able to work alone or in a group setting
Able to operate independently / drive deliverables
Strong quality communications
Able to project manage / manage deliverables and delivery of deliverables to client leadership
Advise on QMS procedure/process changes
Lead initiatives for process improvement using data analysis
Oversee CAPA and non-conformance management
Promote a culture quality through coaching, mentoring and training
