Supports internal training efforts by developing user guides, onboarding documentation, and contributing to knowledge-sharing initiatives

Technically literate and proficient in creating concise reports, dashboards, and presentations using tools like Excel and PowerPoint, while maintaining strong attention to detail and leadership in tracking project progress
