Responsibilities
Support planning and scheduling of third-party supplier audits under management guidance
Assist with paper-based quality assessments, quality questionnaires, and supplier quality history reviews
Maintain approved supplier lists and global audit schedules
Gather audit metrics and prepare trend analysis reports for quality leadership
Support collaboration with inspection management teams during regulatory or customer audits
Assist in maintaining quality systems, procedures, and controlled records
Prepare project updates and progress reports for management review
Escalate quality or compliance issues to management as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in life sciences, engineering, or related field, or currently in progress
Basic understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices, Good Laboratory Practices, or Good Clinical Practices
Zero to two years of experience in quality assurance, regulatory affairs, laboratory operations, or regulated manufacturing
Strong documentation, communication, and organizational skills
Preferred
Experience in pharmaceutical, medical device, or healthcare manufacturing environments
Exposure to supplier quality management or audit support activities
