Responsibilities
Design and implement complex call flows and interaction logic using Genesys Cloud Architect
Develop and maintain custom integrations and applications using Genesys Cloud APIs and SDKs
Utilize CX as Code (Terraform) to manage environment configurations and promote changes through the CI/CD pipeline
Build and optimize routing strategies for inbound, outbound, and digital interactions
Integrate AI-powered bots, Genesys AI CoPilot, and third-party systems like Salesforce or ServiceNow to enhance agent productivity
Act as the Tier 3 technical lead for resolving platform-related issues and optimizing performance
Qualification
Required
Minimum of three years of hands-on experience in Genesys Cloud development and contact center engineering required
Experience integrating Genesys Cloud with external systems through CRM connectors (such as Salesforce and ServiceNow), webhooks, and data actions to support seamless data exchange and workflow automation
Development skills, including working with RESTful APIs, JSON, OAuth, and modern programming languages such as JavaScript (Node.js), Python, or Java to build and customize contact center solutions
Familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps practices is essential, including the use of tools such as Git or Bitbucket, Jenkins, and automated testing frameworks for IVR and call flows
Foundational understanding of AWS services such as S3, Lambda, and EC2
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field or commensurate years of experience
