Responsibilities
Perform small repairs, service work, inspections, and leak detection
Assist the Project Director with site quality control and safety enforcement
Conduct final site clean-up to ensure job sites are left clean, safe, and professional
Complete accurate job documentation and close-out materials
Maintain a clean and organized job site at all times
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and routine care of company vehicle
Support service work across multiple roofing systems, including asphalt shingles, TPO, and metal roofing
Qualification
Required
Prior roofing or construction-related experience
Basic roofing competency with a willingness to be hands-on in the field
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Ability to follow safety standards and job specifications consistently
Reliable, organized, and professional in customer-facing environments
Preferred
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred, but not required
Experience servicing multiple roofing systems (asphalt, TPO, metal)
