Supporting customers via email, phone, and chat
Assisting with product questions, order tracking, returns & account support
Owning every inquiry from first hello to full resolution
Building genuine, long‑term relationships with distributors
Translating marketing/product content for Vietnamese or French‑speaking audiences
Partnering with operations, logistics, marketing, and product teams
Delivering polished, brand‑aligned, beauty‑centric customer experiences
Qualification
Required
1-2 years of customer service experience (fast-paced = a plus!)
Clear, warm, confident communication skills
The ability to multitask with grace
Experience supporting distributors (or the willingness to learn!)
A real passion for skincare/beauty/wellness
Tech-savvy, organized, and ready to jump between channels with ease
Preferred
Bilingual Vietnamese or French (big bonus!)
