Responsibilities

Develops training for 7,600+ Branch and Distribution Center team members and leaders, driving onboarding, process understanding, and performance consistency
Uses instructional design methodology to create and refine content
Collaborates with Design Leads, subject matter experts (SMEs), and internal partners to understand training needs and build learning that meets objectives
Designs learning across a range of modalities including instructor-led training (ILT), web-based training (WBT), microlearning, and blended learning solutions
Builds storyboards and scripts and converts them into interactive, engaging eLearning modules using tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise, Camtasia, or Vyond
Creates learning solutions that incorporate multiple learning styles and are suitable for a non-wired, hourly workforce (e.g., job aids, short videos, huddle visuals)
Manages the on-time completion of multiple deliverables aligned with project timelines
Updates and maintains existing content, ensuring accuracy, visual consistency, and adherence to OST learning standards
Manages and organizes content source files in shared repositories, ensuring version control and accessibility
Partners with Program Owners and operational leaders to update or refresh existing learning resources as business needs evolve
Supports process improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline content development and minimize turnaround time
Participates in communities of learning professionals to share best practices and stay current on emerging trends, tools, and technologies
Troubleshoots and repairs functionality of eLearning courses and related training materials
Supports change adoption efforts by translating process or policy updates into short, self-paced learning deliverables (e.g., explainer videos, microlearning)

Required

Bachelor's Degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communication, or another related field required
Knowledge of instructional design methodologies, adult learning theory, and best practices in training development
Familiarity with a range of learning modalities, including eLearning (e.g., Storyline, Rise, Camtasia), instructor-led, blended, and microlearning
Understanding of virtual immersive simulation technologies and their application in learning
Awareness of accessibility standards and inclusive design principles for learning content
Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new authoring technologies and learning platforms
Must be able to travel within U.S.; up to 20%

Preferred

5+ years of experience in related field preferred
Continuing Education learning certificates preferred
Experience working with Sales and Service functions preferred
