Responsibilities
Coordinate campus recruiting programs including welcome events, fellowship programs, and on-campus initiatives
Manage event logistics, scheduling, travel coordination, and candidate communications
Support university relations outreach and execution of campus events
Monitor shared inboxes and respond to candidate and partner inquiries
Process invoices, manage vendor coordination, and track program materials (e.g., swag, supplies)
Partner closely with campus recruiters and specialists to ensure seamless program execution
Assist with process improvements and operational support across recruiting initiatives
Qualification
Required
1–3 years of professional experience in program coordination, recruiting operations, HR, EA, administrative, or similar roles
Experience coordinating events, programs, or logistics in corporate or academic environments
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to juggle multiple priorities
Polished communication style and comfort interacting with senior stakeholders and undergraduate populations
Energetic, approachable, and collaborative personality
Bachelor's degree required (strong academic performance preferred)
Openness to using technology and AI tools to improve workflows (hands-on experience not required)
