Assist with converting state tax filings to FEIN-based registrations
Set up and manage tax accounts across multiple government and state websites
Support basic HR functions, including wage entry for state website registrations
Maintain confidentiality of employee and financial information
Provide basic accounting and HR administrative support as needed

Required

Minimum of 1 year of experience setting up tax accounts on multiple online platforms
Working knowledge of HR confidentiality and wage processing
