Responsibilities

Act as a senior Scrum Master / Agile leader supporting multiple cross-functional teams
Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives)
Coach teams, Product Owners, and leadership on Agile best practices and continuous improvement
Lead delivery in hybrid SDLC environments (Agile, Waterfall, PRINCE2)
Guide teams through enterprise-scale initiatives, including ERP implementations and system integrations
Remove impediments and manage dependencies across teams and stakeholders

Required

8+ years working in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) environments
5+ years experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach supporting enterprise-scale programs
3+ years experience working with traditional Waterfall and/or PRINCE2 methodologies
Proven track record leading large-scale ERP implementations
Proven track record leading complex system integrations
Proven track record leading enterprise digital transformation initiatives
Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Experience working in regulated industries, such as Utilities, Energy, Financial Services, Healthcare

Preferred

Experience supporting large global organizations
SAFe or other scaled Agile framework exposure
Scrum Master or Agile certifications (CSM, PSM, SAFe, PMI-ACP)
Prior experience working in South Florida enterprise environments
