Responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain security architectures and solutions
Configure and upgrade security systems to meet evolving requirements
Ensure systems and processes comply with relevant data protection, privacy, and security requirements as defined by clients and applicable regulations (GDPR, HIPAA, CMMC)
Set up and maintain secure environments and configurations in accordance with client requirements and industry standards
Perform risk analysis and security assessments
Collaborate with IT and client teams to ensure security objectives are met
Manage encryption, access controls, and endpoint security solutions
Monitor and optimize security infrastructure for reliability and performance
Document system configurations, processes, and changes
Respond to after-hours security issues as needed
Meets the department’s expectations to retrieve, read and/or respond to firm and client-related e-mail messages during and outside of core business and scheduled work hours by connecting a personal mobile device (smartphone or tablet with a data plan) to the firm’s network

Required

High school diploma required
Minimum five (5) years of relevant cybersecurity engineering experience
Design, implement, and maintain security architectures and solutions
Configure and upgrade security systems to meet evolving requirements
Ensure systems and processes comply with relevant data protection, privacy, and security requirements as defined by clients and applicable regulations (GDPR, HIPAA, CMMC)

Preferred

Experience with secure government-regulated cloud platforms and environments (e.g., GCC High or similar)
