Enterprise Publisher Development Manager

Responsibilities
Develop and manage relationships with enterprise-level publishers, focusing on diverse traffic types and verticals
Prospect, qualify, and onboard new enterprise publisher accounts by understanding their unique needs and challenges
Implement a consultative approach to identify opportunities and productize services that drive enterprise publisher growth
Collaborate closely with the business development team to bring in tailored offers aligned with enterprise client requirements
Identify market trends and align services with the evolving needs of enterprise-level partners
Work collaboratively with an international team to drive revenue growth across new and existing enterprise customers
Develop and manage a sales pipeline within a CRM system (HubSpot) with a focus on enterprise accounts
Exceed monthly sales quotas with an emphasis on enterprise-level partnerships
Actively participate in industry shows, conferences, and events to showcase specialized enterprise services
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or higher
5+ years of experience in affiliate marketing with a strong focus on enterprise-level accounts
Proven success closing new business and building long-term relationships with enterprise decision-makers
Strong interpersonal and communication skills across clients, management, and peers
Existing book of business and/or established relationships with digital publishers at the enterprise level
Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
In-depth knowledge of the affiliate marketing industry, including enterprise trends and technologies
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to drive solutions through resolution
Ability to communicate effectively across both business and operational teams
Highly motivated, energetic, charismatic, and a strong team player
Resourceful and tech-oriented with a strong understanding of productized service offerings
Strong negotiation skills with a demonstrated ability to manage and close high-level enterprise business
