Responsibilities
Foreclosure Case Management: Oversee a portfolio of foreclosure files by preparing and filing legal documents, drafting and mailing correspondence, and ensuring timely progression through the foreclosure process
Client and Vendor Communication: Respond promptly to inquiries via email, phone, and voicemail. Provide accurate case status updates and escalate issues to ensure client satisfaction
Compliance and Documentation: Ensure all activities comply with internal standards, obtaining resolution documents (e.g., discharges or corrective documents) within expected timelines
Client Engagement: Monitor client websites, address routine and complex inquiries, and maintain proactive communication to uphold exceptional service standards
Qualification
Required
Exceptional attention to detail and task prioritization
Excellent research, problem-solving, and written communication skills
Professional email and telephone etiquette with a focus on client service
