Talent Acquisition Coordinator
Stellantis Financial Services (SFS) is the new captive finance company for one of the world's leading automakers. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is responsible for supporting the organization's recruitment efforts by ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process, coordinating interviews, and maintaining communication with candidates.

Responsibilities
Review requisitions submitted by hiring managers to ensure an updated job description is included, the salary range is within market and is within the approved staffing budget
Assign requisitions to appropriate recruiting team (e.g., internal, RPO, agency)
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams, ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience
Schedule feedback sessions and extend compensation offers to internal candidates
Maintain clear and timely communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the application tracking system (ATS)
Ensure all recruitment practices are compliant with company policies, labor laws, and diversity and inclusion standards
Promote the company’s employer brand through networking, social media, career fairs and professional associations

Qualification
Required
Minimum 1 year experience in a recruitment, HR, customer service or administrative support role
High school diploma and or/GED
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and calendar management tools
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Collaborative team player with a proactive and positive attitude
Must have reliable transportation and live within a commutable distance to: Auburn Hills, MI
An applicant must be authorized to work in the United States to be eligible for this position
Preferred
Experience - Talent acquisition working with applicant tracking systems (e.g., ClearCompany, Workday, iCIMS)
Education - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; or equivalent combination of work experience and certification
