Senior LevelHirePeaks is seeking a highly skilled Senior Power Platform Developer to design, develop, and lead the delivery of enterprise-grade solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse. The ideal candidate will play a key role in solution architecture, governance, mentoring junior developers, and collaborating with business and IT stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing Power Platform solutions.

Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end design and development of Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps
Architect complex workflows using Power Automate, including cloud and desktop flows
Design and manage data models using Dataverse, SharePoint SQL Server and other enterprise data sources
Implement integrations with Azure services Logic Apps Azure Functions Service Bus APIs
Establish Power Platform governance ALM security and best practices
Design reusable components custom connectors and solution packages
Implement role based security DLP policies and environment strategies
Collaborate with product owners business analysts and architects to translate requirements into technical solutions
Review code enforce standards and mentor junior developers
Troubleshoot and optimize performance scalability and reliability of applications
Support deployments using Power Platform ALM Azure DevOps or GitHub
Document architecture solutions and operational procedures
Qualification
Required
Strong expertise in Power Apps Canvas Model Driven
Advanced experience with Power Automate
Hands on experience with Dataverse
Strong understanding of Power Platform security model and governance
Experience with Azure integration Logic Apps Functions API Management
Proficiency in JavaScript Power Fx and JSON
Experience with REST APIs custom connectors and web services
Knowledge of SQL Server SharePoint and other data sources
Familiarity with Power BI reports datasets DAX preferred
Experience with ALM tools Azure DevOps GitHub
Mandatory Skills: Data verse, Azure SQL, RPA - Microsoft Power Automate
Preferred
Microsoft certifications such as- Power Platform Solution Architect Expert/Power Platform Developer Associate
Experience in enterprise-scale or managed services environments
Exposure to Copilot Studio Power Virtual Agents
Experience working in Agile Scrum teams
Strong understanding of security compliance and performance optimization
Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work independently and drive technical decisions
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
