Responsibilities
Truly lead the function of talent acquisition: from grassroots funnel management to optimizing applicant tracking systems
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various roles across the organization, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers
Be a trusted partner with hiring managers and department heads to define recruitment strategies and deeply understand job requirements and team needs
Track and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and report on progress to stakeholders
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and labor market conditions
Support employer branding initiatives
Qualification
Required
1 - 3 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting in a fast-paced environment
Proven ability to learn while executing

Demonstrate natural tendencies to partnership as it is the vital lifeline to success
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
