Client Relationship Manager II (Commercial Loan Officer II)

Responsibilities
Develop relationships with prospective clients by identifying their financial needs and filling those needs with the bank's products and services
Analyze clients' loan requests and determine if they are within acceptable risk according to bank policy
Prepare required documents and submit them for approval
Provide service to existing client relationships
Retain and grow loan and deposit relationships
Represent the bank through involvement in local, civic, social, and professional organizations
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelors Degree in Business or related field
Knowledge of banking and lending operations and procedures, as well as the various regulations and standard banking practices
Minimum of 5 years experience in the financial services industry
Strong oral and written communication abilities
Strong math skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to identify, analyze and handle credit requests
Good organizational skills
Good personal computer skills, ability to use Word and Excel
