Responsibilities
Manage graphic designs from conception to delivery, while ensuring brand consistency throughout various marketing initiatives
Collaborate with other designers to create visually compelling assets for digital and print mediums, including but not limited to logos, social media graphics, email templates via Marketo, promotional materials, and pitch decks
Exhibit the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Work with marketing professionals to revise and modify designs based on client feedback and project requirements
Conduct thorough quality control and review of creative work to ensure accuracy, brand consistency, and high standard of execution prior to client delivery
Proactively identify brand inconsistencies or changes and recommend solutions that protect the visual brand
Qualification
Required
Have at least 6-8 years of graphic design experience, with a strong portfolio demonstrating relevant work
Have experience working in a corporate or agency environment
Be an expert in Adobe Creative Cloud software, including but not limited to Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop
Be proficient in Canva, Marketo, and Microsoft Suite
Possess clear, confident verbal and written communication skills
Preferred
Have experience in social media design (strongly preferred)
