Senior Manager of Revenue Operations
Storm4 is a high-growth technology company seeking a Senior Manager of Revenue Operations. The role involves building and scaling the revenue operations function while collaborating with various departments to enhance customer acquisition and retention.
Responsibilities
Own revenue operations across sales, marketing, and customer success
Build and improve processes, workflows, and playbooks that support customer acquisition and retention
Manage revenue forecasting, pipeline tracking, and performance reporting
Create and maintain revenue dashboards, metrics, and key performance indicators
Analyze and improve funnel performance, including conversion rates, sales cycle efficiency, customer acquisition costs, and lifetime value
Serve as the primary owner and administrator of Salesforce
Manage and optimize sales and marketing tools, integrations, and automation
Partner cross-functionally to align systems, data, and go-to-market efforts
Qualification
Required
5 to 7 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or business operations
At least 3 years of experience in a high-growth software or technology company
Advanced, hands-on experience with Salesforce, including reporting and workflow configuration
Experience building revenue reports, dashboards, and performance metrics
Proven experience building and scaling revenue operations in an early-stage company
Comfortable working cross-functionally and owning projects from start to finish
