Responsibilities
Leads design and implements strategic security initiatives. Assist in creating and executing security architecture plans for cloud and on-premises environments
Lead threat Assessments and Cybersecurity Integration: Support threat assessments and design the integration of cybersecurity solutions into both existing and new systems
Infrastructure Security Policies and Procedures: Design and develop platform-specific security baselines, policies, standards, and procedures
Acts as trusted advisor to leaders; influences high-impact decisions
Support and Enable team Members: Support and enable team members across both technical and functional capacities
Align Security with Business Goals: Ensure that security measures align with the organization's business objectives and technology strategies
Identify and Mitigate Threats: Continuously identify and communicate emerging security threats by performing threat assessments/threat modelling
Document Security Requirements: Document and address the organization's information security and cybersecurity architecture requirements
Project Consultation: Assess various IT & business project's security architectures and designs
Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work with various stakeholders to prioritize critical business functions
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Security, Cybersecurity, or a related field
8+ years of progressive experience in cybersecurity, with deep architectural expertise across hybrid/cloud/on-prem architectures, zero-trust, IAM, segmentation, monitoring, encryption (strategy-focused)
Strong knowledge of security frameworks, encryption, identity and access management (IAM), and zero-trust architectures
Expertise in security tools and technologies
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Preferred
Advance degree and high-level certs are strongly preferred (CISSP, CCSP, CISM, cloud certs)
Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal degree
