Strategic Account Support Manager

The Strategic Account Support Manager will work closely with the Strategic Sales Executive to secure new clients and grow existing accounts, ensuring client needs are met with accuracy and excellence while supporting revenue growth.

Responsibilities

Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned existing customers
Jointly manage client relationships alongside the Outside Sales Leader
Proactively communicate updates, timeliness and solutions to clients
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts
Participate in sales strategy discussions and account planning
Support the Outside Sales Leader by preparing quotes and proposals
Serve as the central point of communication between all departments and clients on highly specialized commercial printing projects
Work in tandem with account managers to collect all data and job tickets at completion of project and submit to accounting for billing with any additional information required to accurately close out job within 48-hours of completion
Manage project workflows from order entry through production and delivery by coordinating with internal teams (production, account management, postal, estimating, scheduling, etc.)
Ensure seamless handoff between external selling efforts and internal execution
Ensure accurate documentation within CRM and order management systems
Maintain organized records of account activity and project status

Required

Minimum 5 years of print-related account management and sales experience
Experience in print production and/or lettershop environments
Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools for managing customer information and tracking sales activities
Understanding of print workflow processes (offset, digital, etc.), paper types, ink systems, and finishing techniques
Ability to manage interdepartmental relationships
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Comfortable operating in a support-oriented, team-based sales structure
Adaptable to work with Microsoft Dynamics, Excel, PPT, Canva and related business applications
