Partner with leadership to develop financial models, forecasts, and variance analyses for sales, margin, and operating expenses
Oversee month-end close activities in collaboration with accounting, ensuring accuracy and alignment between actuals and forecasts
Drive process improvements and system optimization across financial reporting, planning, and controls
Qualification
Required
5+ years of proven experience in both FP&A and controllership roles, with a strong understanding of end-to-end financial operations
Background working with e-commerce-focused apparel businesses, including revenue, inventory, and margin analysis
Hands-on experience with Bill.com and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
Strong analytical and financial modeling skills with the ability to translate data into strategic insights
Detail-oriented, collaborative, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
