Responsibilities
Promote and support fitness classes, meal programs and special events as needed
Responsible for all collection of attendance sheets and processing of CLLD suggested contribution
Assist with promoting and implementation of all department programs (including education and art programs)
Make flyers for upcoming programs
Data entry into DFTA computer software program (Vive)
Responsible for compliance to DFTA standards, including unit mandates
Updating client profiles as needed
All other projects assigned by Supervisor
Qualification
Required
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work with diverse populations and to handle complex situations with sensitivity and professionalism
Proficiency in using computer software and databases to maintain client records and generate reports
Strong customer service and communication skills
Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to stand, walk, and perform light physical tasks during shifts
Preferred
CPR/AED certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
Previous experience in fitness, wellness, customer service or front desk roles
