Vice President of Asset Management- Multifamily
Bluecrest Living is a privately owned real estate investment company focused on multifamily assets. The Vice President of Asset Management will align investment objectives with operational execution, overseeing institutional reporting and guiding property-level and portfolio-wide strategy.

Responsibilities
Creation of asset management reports with market commentary, asset performance commentary and plans of action to drive higher asset value
Develop and deliver comprehensive quantitative KPI reporting on property level metrics including but not limited to leasing trends, operating performance and market analyses
Provide high-level qualitative analyses and insights on; property team performance, marketing strategy, capital improvements/progress, financing strategy, hold-sell strategy, distributions and capital calls
Execute all reporting requirements for institutional investors, proactively addressing abnormalities and questions investors may have from the given information and updates
Effectively present information to and respond to questions from the Investment Committee, investors, lenders, and partners
Optimize underwriting assumptions, providing insights to all asset management elements as the liaison between the investment and property management team
Contribute directly to developing a strategic business plan for new investments and provide key asset management insights throughout the acquisition process
Provide an expert recommendation on company-wide investment decisions as a member of the Investment Committee
Partner with cross-functional teams to formulate and implement short- and long-term asset management strategies, ensuring alignment between investment goals and property-level operational performance
Provide executive leadership in collaboration with operations teams to drive the annual budgeting and forecasting process, reviewing and approving budgets across the full portfolio
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business or related field required
You have five plus of experience as an Asset Manager or above in multifamily real estate
You have experience working for a multifamily ownership group as an Asset Manager or Asset Management leader
You have experience working directly with institutional investors as the primary contact
You have experience completing institutional level investor reporting on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
You have experience leading investor updates and presenting information to institutional investment groups
You have experience completing analysis at the fund or portfolio level
You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Preferred
MBA or Master's degree preferred
