Greet and welcome customers upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression
Manage pass sales and program registration processes efficiently, including handling payments and selling retail
Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries regarding pool information, fees, and registration
Maintain accurate records of cash handling
Assist in resolving customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in customer service or hospitality roles
Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Organizational skills
Problem-solving skills
Preferred
Associate's degree in hospitality management or related field
Experience with multi-line phone systems and front desk operations
Bilingual abilities to assist a diverse clientele
Familiarity with hospitality software
