Hospice Associate Director of Regulatory Compliance & Quality (Remote)
Ennoble Care is a mobile primary care, palliative care, and hospice service provider that seeks individuals driven to make a difference. The Hospice Associate Director of Compliance and Quality is responsible for supporting compliance and quality initiatives, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements, and driving continuous improvement through data analysis and project management.

Responsibilities
Compliance Oversight: Assist in monitoring adherence to federal, state, and accreditation standards (CMS, CHAP, etc.). Support internal audits, risk assessments, and corrective action plans. Maintain current knowledge of hospice regulations and communicate updates to staff
Quality Improvement: Participate in the development and execution of quality improvement initiatives, including CAHPS and Star Rating strategies. Analyze performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to implement evidence-based practices
Data Mining & Interpretation: Extract and analyze data from EMR systems, CASPER reports, and other sources to identify trends and compliance risks. Interpret complex data sets to provide actionable insights for leadership. Develop dashboards and scorecards for performance monitoring
Project Management: Lead and coordinate compliance and quality projects from initiation to completion. Create timelines, track deliverables, and ensure alignment with organizational goals. Facilitate cross-functional meetings and maintain project documentation
Reporting & Tools Development: Design and maintain reporting tools for compliance and quality metrics. Prepare executive summaries, presentations, and detailed reports for leadership and regulatory bodies. Ensure data accuracy and timely submission of required reports
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Project Management, or related field required
Minimum 3 years in hospice or healthcare compliance and quality roles
Proven experience in data analysis, project management, and regulatory compliance
Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
Proficiency in EMR systems, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
Excellent organizational and project management abilities
Effective communication and presentation skills
Preferred
CHC (Certified in Healthcare Compliance) preferred
PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent a plus
