Commercial Lease Administrator
CFS is a well-established, Baltimore-based commercial real estate owner, operator, and developer with over five decades of success. They are seeking a Commercial Lease Administrator to support a diverse portfolio of commercial and mixed-use properties, focusing on contract administration and cross-functional collaboration throughout the lease lifecycle.
Responsibilities
Prepare, review, abstract, and maintain commercial leases, amendments, and related documents
Track critical lease dates, options, renewals, and tenant obligations
Serve as a liaison between leasing, legal, accounting, and property management teams
Maintain accurate lease data within internal systems and ensure compliance with lease terms
Assist with reporting, audits, and special projects related to leasing and asset management
Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding lease documentation and status
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience in commercial lease administration or related real estate support roles
Strong understanding of commercial lease terms and documentation
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word); experience with lease administration systems a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
