Responsibilities
Translate complex ideas and stories into high-quality visual assets for social, communications, and integrated marketing campaigns
Partner closely with Social and Communications stakeholders to translate campaign goals into compelling creative
Collaborate with marketers, copywriters, and creative teammates to bring concepts from idea to execution
Maintain visual consistency across assets while adapting designs for different channels and audiences
Manage multiple projects at once, balancing timelines, feedback, and priorities
Incorporate stakeholder feedback thoughtfully and iterate quickly
Explore and apply creative AI tools to improve workflows, experimentation, or creative output
Qualification
Required
At least 2 years of full-time professional experience in a graphic design role
A strong portfolio demonstrating visual design work across digital channels
Experience working with cross-functional partners and strong stakeholder management skills
Proficiency with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma)
Solid understanding of layout, typography, color, and visual hierarchy
Ability to translate feedback and briefs into polished, on-brand creative
A curiosity for creative AI and interest in how emerging tools can enhance design work
Preferred
Experience designing for social-first or communications-led campaigns
Familiarity with motion design, illustration, or basic animation
Experience working within a global brand system
Comfort designing with accessibility and inclusion in mind
